Step 1: Contact Us
If you have any questions whatsoever, please give us a call @ 574.208.3976. We'd love to introduce ourselves and discuss your business. During the call, we'll discuss your website expectations and other questions you may have. We are available Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Step 2: Order The Program
If you're ready for a website that generates leads, order our e-Marketing Program. For $79 a month, we will build and host your website. No setup fees or contracts. Again, we offer a 60 day no questions asked refund should you not see the value of our services.
Step 3: We Start Working
There are a few tasks that we'll need your assistance with before we go full tilt with the site design. We'll send you a questionnaire packet which will include some of the following questions:
1) Logos - Please provide us with a logo. This will assist us in creating a color scheme for your site. If you don't have a logo, we have professional designers on staff that can help!
2) Business Information - We'll need basic written information about your company. This would include your company history, services, testimonials, policies, warranties and areas you service. Don't worry about perfecting the wording. We will polish up the content for you!
3) Work photos - Your website includes a photo gallery. High quality photos of your previous work provide potential clients the chance to see your craftsmanship. A photo gallery can have a huge impact on a potential client's decision to contact you.
4) Design Preference - Give us an idea of the layout and structure you expect from your site. A few example sites will help us to tailor a design that's perfect for your company.
Step 4: Website Layout
Once we receive the above information, we'll put together a 1 page layout of your site.
Step 5: Website Review
Take a look at the layout. We'll make any changes you require.
Step 6: Website Installation/Setup
Your site will be powered by the Drupal CMS (Content Management System). This is the ‘engine' your site will run on. We'll code your theme and configure the site navigation. Site content will be added along with the latest SEO modules. These modules will put you on the fast track to gain first page results with the search engines.
Step 7: Domain Name Access
After your website is complete, we'll need to 'point' your domain name to our hosting provider. Don't worry; we'll walk you through this step by step.
Step 8: Final Approval/Go Live
You'll review your functional website. At this time, your website will be live. We'll submit your site to the search engines. We'll also provide you with a list of directories to submit your information to. This will help maximize traffic to your site.
Completion Time
Depending on the complexity and revisions of your site, completion time for your project is typically 2-3 weeks.
